With a warm, professional presence and a passion for excellence, you will anticipate guest needs, execute service with precision and flair, and collaborate seamlessly with the team to create memorable, elevated experiences for every guest. Deliver exceptional, personalised food and beverage service in a luxury bar environment, exceeding guest expectations at every interaction. Prepare and serve beverages and menu items to the highest presentation, quality, and service standards. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the beverage list, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to confidently recommend options to guests. Maintain a refined, clean, and well-organised bar area in line with 5-star brand and hygiene standards. Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to ensure seamless service during all operating periods.
